Hire Society Recruitment’s Candidate Coaching Programme offers support to candidates who are either looking to develop their career within the their sector or considering entering another sector for the first time following a successful career in a commercial, public sector or business context.
It is focused at all levels.
Sessions are led by our in-house executive coaches who have an impressive track record in helping candidates find their perfect role.
Our coaches offer coaching for many roles and industries. Feedback from candidates that have used our coaching services in the past has been exceptionally positive.
The objectives of the Candidate Coaching Programme are to help you find your next move, refine your narrative and tighten up your own personal storytelling. If you are a candidate who is looking for your next role or moving into a new industry for the first time, the programme will give you practical advice on navigating your journey in the world of interviewing or entering a new sector and pitfalls to avoid.
The Programme consists of four key sessions held remotely drawing inspiration from Hire Society Recruitment’s unique and highly successful consultancy model of Insight, Inspire, Ignite & Implement:
Insight:
One-hour session about your career, ambitions, recent interviews, as well as identifying particular strengths to promote or weaknesses and how best to address these.
Inspire & Ignite a:
One-hour session with a coach looking at your CV with additional advice on professional format from Hire Society Recruitment’s design team.
Inspire & Ignite b:
One-hour interview coaching session offering webcam or telephone (whichever is more convenient) mock interview and coaching session to develop a strategy specifically tailored to you and your unique needs. Hire Society Recruitment’s coach can discuss real interview questions, how to avoid cliché and how to really make the desired impact when handling standard and intricate questions.
Implement:
One-hour session, helping with application and interviewing for a specific role (up to three months after the above sessions).
